Our Factory
Plank Living’s factory is located in Yogyakarta, Central Java, Indonesia, known as the art center of the country. Our production facility spans approximately 6,000 sqm and employs around 150 workers, with a monthly capacity of 4-8 containers. We handle both ODM and OEM orders for customers worldwide, supported by our in-house Research and Design Department to meet specific customer needs.
Our products are crafted using a combination of advanced machinery and skilled craftsmanship. We utilize cutting-edge equipment, such as 3-Axis and 5-Axis CNC machines, to create sophisticated designs. Additionally, we have a complete in-house log processing and kiln drying chamber, along with a dedicated Steel/Metal-works department to ensure the highest quality in every product.

Kiln Drying Facility
Professional kiln-drying systems reduce timber moisture content to 8–12%, ensuring dimensional stability and long-term durability for solid wood furniture.
Lamination
Advanced lamination and jointing techniques enhance the strength, stability, and structural integrity of larger wood components.
Wood Processing
Timber components are shaped and refined through a series of specialized woodworking machines, ensuring precision cutting, consistent dimensions, and optimal preparation for subsequent production stages.
Precision CNC
Equipped with Italian 5-axis CNC technology, enabling the precise production of complex forms and consistent detailing across every piece.
Leather Processing
A specialized leather workshop dedicated to the processing and finishing of high-quality leather, allowing seamless integration into selected furniture designs.
