Question What products do you produce?

Plank Living offers comprehensive OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) services. We specialize in developing prototypes based on your designs and ensuring they are market-ready. Additionally, our robust R&D department consistently introduces innovative designs each year. To further support our clients, we provide design and rendering services to enhance product marketing efforts.
Question Where is your factory located?
Answer

Our factory is located in Yogyakarta, Central Java, Indonesia. With total production space of 5,000 Square Meters.

Question What is the minimum order quantity?
Answer

Our minimum order is a 20ft container. We also can supply on Ex-work basis for project orders.

Question Which port will the shipment be dispatched from?
Answer

The FCL shipment will depart from Semarang Port, Indonesia.

Question What is your production capacity? / How many containers do you dispatch each month?
Answer

We dispatch approximately 4 to 8 containers per month, depending on the order's complexity and the items included.

Question Are the products handcrafted in your factory?
Answer

Our factory is equipped with a modern production line and state-of-the-art machinery. We have our own timber sawmill, where we cut wood directly from saw logs, and a kiln drying chamber to dry our wood in-house. Additionally, we use advanced 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines, enabling us to produce precise and complex products with exceptional accuracy.

Question Do you outsource any part of your production?
Answer

We do not outsource any part of our production. Everything is manufactured in-house, from log cutting, kiln drying, and sawmilling to component making, assembly, finishing, and packing. This allows us to maintain full control over every stage of the process, ensuring the highest quality standards are consistently met.

Question What are the packaging standards for your products?
Answer

Our packing standard is export standard. We use double ply carton for the boxes and we provide corner and edge protection for cased goods. For chairs, we used PE foam to wrap the chairs before placing them in the cartons. If you need special way of packaging please let us know and we can accommodate at cost.
